  • The civil development works achieved practical completion in February 2015.
  • Landscape works were awarded and commenced in February 2015.
  • The WAPC (WA Planning Commission) conditions of subdivision have been met and all relevant clearance letters have been received.
  • All individual lot titles were issued in April 2015, and settlement commenced shortly after in May 2015.
