As a Tenant you are obligated to care for the property both internally and externally. This means keeping it clean, free of debris, dirt and anything else that may hinder the general care of the property, including lawns and gardens.
All maintenance repairs should be reported to your Property Manager within a reasonable time. MACRO Realty requires all maintenance requests to be made in writing. You may email requests to rentals@macrorealty.com.au or submit an Online Maintenance Request Form.
